A request made through the website is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the center, unless stated otherwise.

You can cancel from the link sent to you or by calling the branch; please cancel with reasonable notice.

The center may reschedule for operational reasons and will contact you.

Prices and offers

Prices and offers shown may change and may vary by branch and case; they apply under the conditions shown with them and for a limited period. The final price is confirmed at the center after consultation.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for damage resulting from relying on the information without medical consultation.

Online purchases and payments

You can buy selected treatments, packages and offers on this website. The price shown at checkout, in UAE dirhams (AED), is the amount you pay and is shown clearly before you pay.

You can pay by card or Apple Pay, in instalments with Tabby or Tamara (subject to the provider's approval and terms), or at the clinic, depending on the options shown at checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or store them.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. A purchase entitles you to the service; the appointment is arranged with our team after you order, and each service is subject to a medical consultation confirming it is suitable for you.

Coupons and discounts

A coupon code is valid for the dates, items and conditions stated with it, and one code can be used per order. Automatic discounts are applied at checkout when they apply.

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may cancel a discount or an order if a code is misused.

VAT and invoices

Prices are in AED. Where VAT applies, the rate (currently 5%) and amount are shown at checkout, and a tax invoice showing our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is issued once payment is received.
