Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to treatments, packages and offers purchased on the website.

Cancelling before the service starts

You can cancel any unused purchase before the first session. If you cancel within 14 days of ordering, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

After 14 days, please contact us. We will review your request and offer a refund or a transfer of your credit to another service.

Sessions already delivered and packages

Services that have already been delivered are not refundable.

For a partly used package, the refund covers the unused sessions only, calculated at the actual per-session price you paid after any discounts.

Appointments

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before it. A late cancellation or no-show may be counted as a used session.

If we cancel, or the treatment is not medically suitable

If we cancel the service, or the doctor decides the treatment is not medically suitable for you, the unused amount is refunded in full or you may move it to another service.

Discounts and offers

A refund is for the amount actually paid. A discount code used on a refunded order is not reissued unless we decide otherwise.

How and when refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method: card or Apple Pay through the payment provider. For instalment payments (Tabby or Tamara), the provider cancels or adjusts your payment plan under its own terms.

We process approved requests within 5 business days; the money usually reaches you within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Amounts paid at the clinic are refunded at the clinic or by bank transfer.

How to request a refund

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will reply within two working days.

Non-refundable items

Products or consumables that have been handed over, opened or used are not refundable.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
